Thank you for shopping with Sohum Brands. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
You have 10 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Requests made after this 10-day window will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To ensure a successful return, please verify that your item meets the following conditions:

Condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

Security Seal: The plastic security seal attached to the garment must remain intact. If the seal is cut, broken, or tampered with, the return will be automatically rejected.

Packaging & Tags: The item must be in its original packaging with all brand tags still attached.
3. How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: Email our support team at contact@sohumbrands.com to initiate the request.

Preparation: Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Ensure all tags and the uncut security seal are included.

Pickup: We will arrange a reverse pickup from your registered delivery address at no additional cost to you.

Inspection: Once the item reaches our warehouse, our quality assurance team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
4. Damages, Defects, and Wrong Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us at contact@sohumbrands.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or priority refund.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned:

Final Clearance: Items purchased during a "Last Clearance" or "Final Sale" event.

Gift Cards: All gift card purchases are final.
6. Exchanges
The most efficient way to exchange an item is to return the original product for a refund. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new, separate order for the desired size or style.
7. Refunds

Approval: We will notify you via email once we’ve inspected your return and confirmed the status of your refund.

Deductions: Please note that reverse shipping charges will be deducted from your total order value, and the remaining balance will be initiated for refund.

Processing: Once approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Bank Delays: Please keep in mind that banks or credit card companies can take additional time (typically 5–7 business days) to process and post the refund to your statement.
