Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Auda Studio by Sohum Brands. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on sunday or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In the event of a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen courier issues or weather conditions.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Reverse Shipping (Returns)
As per our Return Policy, please note that for any returned items, reverse shipping charges will be deducted from your total order value. The remaining balance will then be initiated for refund to your original payment method.
5. Damages
Auda or Sohum Brands is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
6. International Shipping Policy
We currently ship within India. For international orders, please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer.
